Current• Role: Responsible in checking and updating daily/weekly/month security/compliance reviews.• Conduct daily checks against client and CNX security policies and requirements.• Ensure to report and document non-conformities.• Ensure daily checks are conducted at remote sites.• Prepare a dashboard in the first week of every month based on the findings from the previous month.• Utilize the data from the dashboard to develop actions and recommendations for continues improvement.• Additionally responsible to maintain quality on a weekly basis. Responsible for conducting regular feedback sessions for agents.
