I have over 13 years of experience working in the IT industry, in roles such as infrastructure engineer, Solution Architect, senior manager, and Assistant General Manager and now, I am the Lead-Presales for cloud & legacy systems. Currently, I’m managing a team of techno-commercial people and a cross-functional team of IT engineers.Before my current role, I worked at Digicon Technologies Ltd. as an Assistant General Manager, where I led a cross-functional team responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across different geographical locations. My team consists of system and network engineers, as well as software developers. I also worked Toggi Services Ltd. and Tech One Global Ltd., where I served as an architect for their Tier 4 data centre, an Infrastructure Engineer and an Infrastructure & Cloud Architect.
