Some of the work areas are listed below: ☑ Customer Engagement: Built a Recency and Frequency model to score each visitor on the website. This score enabled the sales team to prioritize leads and ensure contact with the most engaged visitor, which resulted in shortened sales cycle and an incremental sale of 7%. Performed cohort analysis and understood the various customer personas. This helped in writing more engaging content which lead to a 23% drop in bounce rates and also ensured better open rates for marketing emails. ☑ Lead generation: Developed and managed lead generating digital marketing campaigns on various digital channels based on the targeted segments. Wrote copy for email marketing campaigns, marketing messages on online banners, wrote copy for google adverts, oversaw ad management and PPC strategy.
