Strategy implementation: - selected priority initiatives leadership and end-to-end delivery- liaising with partner museums and sponsors to source funding and produce exhibitions3. One-off travelling exhibitions organization and delivery on request:- orchestrating internal multidisciplinary teams to produce and deliver the exhibition meeting the partner brief specifics- team steering and coordination (including document flow)

Full ownership of the client relationship with Procter & Gamble (Head & Shoulders, Pampers, Old Spice, Ariel and other brands):- building and maintaining a trusting relationship with the client, showing  constant strategic leadership and support- overall business upkeep, pitch leadership and new business generation within the client- ongoing involvement with each of the assigned brands to contribute to the development of the business and marketing plans- multidisciplinary team orchestration to develop and deliver best-in-class creative product in line with the client brief and expectations- client management team control and career guidance- ensuring overall smooth progression of work (account status updates, evaluation and planning sessions, conflict resolution)- budget and finance involvement: control of the document workflow, revenue management, forecasting

Client communication for Procter & Gamble (Head & Shoulders, Pampers, Old Spice, Ariel and other brands):- creative ideation projects management on local and regional levels: working with international agency/client teams for toolkit, campaign and creative assets development- asset production and delivery (both within 360 campaigns and standalone):1. video materials – TV/digital (incl. shoot, complex and simple adaptation)2. still materials (print, editorial, OOH – shoot, simple and complex adaptation)3. digital projects of different complexity- team supervision (account manager, account executive)
