Formerly Inflection Network, I was brought in as employee #2 to lead support of the BUILDER program for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). I installed and maintained osTicket as a support ticket system to track and respond to inquiries created via email and phone. I was also involved in the development of DIGON Systems' Computer-Based Training (CBT).Once ready for release, I acted as the Training Manager & Coordinator for the CBT. I was also responsible for maintaining the CBT course modules using Articulate Storyline and the Learning Management System (LMS); first Articulate Online, then Moodle, and finally, Iomad.In addition to support and training development, I developed a knowledge base for BUILDER and the BUILDER-Remote Entry Database (BRED). This proved helpful to the United States Air Force while they performed an urgent assessment of the Fire Protection Systems in all of their hangars worldwide. In order to assist the urgent nature of the hangar assessments, I developed a compressed version of the CBT to be used as an overview for the assessment contractors to better understand the BUILDER distressed-based model of assessment and created custom MS Excel forms for the assessment teams to complete in the field. The Excel forms were then processed by custom VBA scripts to review the raw data for errors and convert it into MS Access to be imported via BRED file back into BUILDER.My last project assignment for DIGON was as the data manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) at the Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory (LANL) BUILDER reassessment project. I did QA/QC of the data collected by the field assessors to verify they were meeting the requirements of their scope of work. I also developed a VBA script for MS Access and BRED to simplify the image insertion process; improving the field assessment teams walk-rate and administrative time.
