I started my career in the wonderful world of contingent recruitment back in the late 1990's fresh out of university. Soon realizing that my passions extended beyond the realm of recruiting part qualified accountants in Cheshire, I shifted my focus which ultimately meant me taking the more entrepreneurial route and co-founding a recruitment business that had offices across the UK, as well as a restaurant in South Manchester, UK! In 2009 I left the UK and moved to Dubai where I began the Healthcare Practice for an Executive Search Firm there. Driven by the passion to help organizations find the talent they needed to drive the Healthcare agenda in the Middle East was my true calling. I was fortunate and privileged to have had the opportunity to help organizations across the healthcare continuum; from regulators to providers, pharma / med tech to healthcare consulting and so much in between. My team operated across the GCC and involved frequent trips to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait. Our ability to impact healthcare strategy across the region was so rewarding. On the back of finding senior leadership for our healthcare partners; we were asked to help organization recruit talent across the entire organization. Inadvertently Healthcare RPO was born in the Middle East. Two acquisitions later I found myself in the US and working for Korn Ferry. Korn Ferry is the culmination of my career. Not only do we help organizations recruit and retain the very best talent; we underpin this with strategy, thought leadership, insights and technology; like no other firm. Our Healthcare Practice understands too well the nuances that it's industry demands and what organizations need to do achieve their strategic priorities and ultimately deliver better quality care. My goal is to drive shareholder value and enhance experience by providing the right talent management solutions with transformational thinking.
