As a Business Analyst at Healthcare Logistics New Zealand since 2020, responsibilities include creating and managing reports through various SAP systems and Power BI, designing dashboards, using VBA for spreadsheet reports, liaising with stakeholders for reporting needs, working with the development team on reporting deployment, troubleshooting data, building database queries, creating interfaces for data integration, and collaborating on new software development projects.

My roles are work with Managing Director (Leonardo Law) to get the direction, strategies, direct requires and task assign for the development to improve daily work as companies’ strategy “One percent better every day”.To deliver the tasks, I had to work with stakeholder, business and key users to understand more about their works, their current practices, and ask them to join the user acceptance test.To work at Freight Plus and Recur Transport is a perfect chance for me because I have New Zealand experiences and this is the first times in my life. Not only learn and work with the latest solution, but also learn about New Zealand working environments, the way of working, and also the cultures.
