Full Sail University hired me to build out their Quality Assurance department from the ground up to support both their brick-and-mortar marketing websites and their proprietary Learning Management System web application. Army of Maids was a successful side project that provided high-quality eco-friendly maid service to Central Florida and surrounding areas. The business experienced immediate success as it was the first to use an algorithm that allows for online quoting without the need for an in-home visit. As a result, the Client could use the system to receive an online quote and book service in less than 1 minute.• The automations, documentation, and systemization allowed for me to be completely hands-off of the day-to-day operations. The business was systemized from the ground up to be as lean & efficient as possible and only required two hours a week to operate.• The company was sold to new ownership in November 2019 and is still a successful operation today. At the time of its sale, Army of Maids employed 8 W2 employees and had gross revenue of over 1 million dollars.
