Plan and execute small group guided reading lessons for kindergarten and first grade students, assess students' reading levels using the Fountas and Pinnell system and plan groups and objectives around collected data, plan and execute social skill/structured playtime lessons (i.e. sharing, conflict resolution, etc.) for kindergarten and first grade students, collaborated with the special education team to remain in compliance with behavior management plans and IEPs.
