* Responsible for winegrowing operation* Led a team of 2 to implement a multi-year plan to improve overall wine quality and production efficiency* Drove transition of production and facilities operations from tenant-based facility to estate-based facility* Managed $3M production operational budget while executing strategies to decrease actual operational expenses between 15% - 30% year to year
