My role collaborates closely with senior management among Ariba & SAP, sales & solutions, product and engineering teams on initiatives supporting a scalable, multi-tenant, high-volume and high availability platform. I am in charge of leading large strategic programs and critical projects. HIGHLIGHTS► Leadership / Acquisition Due Diligence: Consulting with executive staff and leading team to migrate Quadrem customers to the Ariba platform.► Integration Strategy: Defining and executing the strategic roadmap to integrate SAP’s ERP system to Ariba’s network and building the cloud integration platform for Ariba’s network. ►Sales Support: Collaborate with customers on large deals, build rapport, listen & anticipate future needs, and serve as point-of-contact as a technical resource.► Leadership: Member of the “Emerging Leaders Program”.

Managed Integration Services, SAP development and EAI across the globe. Led international team to deliver solutions meeting customer needs, reduced operational & technology costs, and standardized delivery. HIGHLIGHTS► Growth Trajectory Roadmap: Partnered with senior executive staff and product team on Ariba’s vision and long-term strategy to be the world’s business commerce network including 500,000 collective buyers and sellers, $185 billion of spend, and broader coverage in Northern & Southern Hemispheres. ► Integration Strategy: Began multi-year integration of Quadrem into Ariba’s network supporting 130,000 customers on the new platform. The customer base has increased significantly with SAP’s acquisition and the integration plan was designed to support exponential growth.► Product Strategy & Development: Architected the business process engine for Purchase Orders “PO” and “smart invoicing” within the Invoice Management tool allowing for customers to eliminate manual work and transmit invoicing over the Ariba Network by eliminating 70% processing costs, cutting cycle times by 45-50%, real-time visibility, and leveraging more working capital for suppliers and buyers. ► Software Design, Development & Deployment: Reduced customer implementation from 6 months to 14-60 days building and evolving the Integration Platform to re-use processes resulting in scalability & allowing for huge growth.► Leadership: Member of company's Leadership Program

Startup offering full procure-to-pay suite of supply chain solutions for global enterprises with electronic B2B marketplace communities__________________________________________________________________________________Converted to a permanent employee to manage the supplier integration team and to architect the MarketPlace platform. I guided my team to provide robust customer solutions and managed delivery for key customers and their projects. My focus with MarketPlace platform was ERP connectivity for the customers, internal application integration including BW/Billing/CRM, Integration Platform development and technical advisor for other groups. ► Architected supply chain solution initially serving 200,000 users with $50M spend.► Implemented critical checkpoints within the software development lifecycle resulting in a 20% drop in defects. ► Provided technical leadership and guidance for development work, providing input on project timelines and schedules, and worked cross-functionally to define requirements and capabilities of the system.
