Oversee and have overall responsibility for the management of all operations of the golf course. Model the behaviors of the company's core value and mission. Develop, maintain and promote a management philosophy that culminates in customer satisfaction and employee engagement, while consistently achieving the mandates of the annual/long term financial and strategic plans. Areas of focus include: 1) Customer satisfaction through outstanding service, communication and teamwork; 2) Rapport and trust with staff at every level of the organization; 3) Accountability for the annual operating/capital budget

I joined the Northwest Golf professional staff in March of 2010. As a teaching professional, I offer individual and group golf lessons, junior and beginner/intermediate/advanced clinics, and summer junior golf camps. I manage a staff of about 30 great individuals who make Northwest Golf Course the outstanding course that it is.
