Assistant Merchandiser
CurrentKey responsibilities:Buyer : MATALAN, COSCTO-AU, TJMAX• Review the tech pack.• Monitor activities from sampling, development, to the shipment stage.• Source suppliers and arrange the required materials for development.• Source yarn and trims for the sample development.• Arrange SMV and consumption from IE and the sample room.• Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking, and delivery.• ERP Input (Style ref. entry, Price Quotation, Order entry, Pre-costing).• Follow up with the supplier and purchase team to proceed with the purchase.• PP meeting call and conducted by the QA team, and I provide the information and documents (Approved trim card, approved PP sample with customer comments, BOM, packing instructions, and related information, etc.).• Look after the bulk production.• Ensure pre-final and final inspection.• Prepare a packing list.• Maintain PO-wise files and keep all related hard-copy documents.• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
