Michael brings over 15 years of experience in managed care, most recently, as the Statewide Director of Network Development for Coventry Health Care of Florida. Prior to that, he has held strategic and management positions at Humana, Inc, & United Health Care.As Regional Director, Michael will oversee the Florida Provider Relations team in all areas of network development, contracting, expansion and servicing. Through his provider recruitment and retention strategy, Michael will travel throughout the state developing strong workingrelationships with Florida providers. He ensures that DentaQuest’s provider networks meet contractual requirements and are aligned with state mandates. Michael is familiar with the challenges faced by providers participating in government sponsored programs. His experience makes him skilled in identifying barriers and implementing training programs to ensure providers are well informed regarding Dentaquest’s initiatives.
