Senior Enterprise Program Manager
CurrentReports to the CFO. Leads complex, highly visible and strategic projects and programs using best practice project and program management methods at an enterprise-level. Works closely with executive sponsors and leads cross-functional teams in defining and executing projects and programs. Teams include leaders and project managers from Software Development, Delivery Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales.For assigned programs, drives extensive cross-organization collaboration, identifies trade-offs, works across functions and geographies, balances tactical and strategic initiatives, drives decisions, and communicates with executives. •Uses project management best practices (methods, processes, tools) to lead and manage projects and programs. •Helps define new methods and processes where required. •Serves as a role model and mentor for project managers by using best practices in areas such as sponsorship management, project plans, RACI process, status reporting and issue management, change and decision logs, risk management and communications.•Involved with hands-on operational activities where required. Accomplishments•Currently project managing Engie Insight’s Transformation Project. Successfully completed phase 1 of the transformation focused heavily on org design and reorganization. Phase 2 is focused on process improvement initiatives.•Managing the final stage of the Portland office closure which included establishing a temporary work environment for PDX employees at WeWork through the end of the year.•Collaborated and created an enterprise dashboard which tracks KPIs associated with the organization's annual operating plans. •Led peer group in creating and launching Engie Insight's ePMO community of practice framework.•Successfully project managed Engie Insight’s HRIS Implementation (payroll, performance, benefits and 401K).•Successfully project managed rebranding from Ecova to Engie Insight.
