• In addition to those I had whilst a Hardware Services Engineer, my responsibilities as HWS Development Expert also include:
• Development and monitoring of all operational KPI’s globally.
• Investigation and implementation of productivity and quality improvements.
• Dealing personally with major clients in the UK, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Canada, Hungary and China.
• Review of engineering changes and technical document release.
• Mentoring and otherwise supporting the continuous development of engineers and technicians.

• Responsibilities:
• Development of repair solutions for Base Transceiver Station and NodeB Equipment (Filters, Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Microwave Links, etc.). Much of my work involves undocumented units and calls on a broad range.
• Development of test and measurement solutions, including automation.
• Lead engineer on many major projects globally.

What had started as a part time interest in sound engineering and web design slowly grew and became two successful small businesses. My sound engineering clients included music festivals, theatrical productions and concerts, with musical genres ranging from classical, world music, jazz and blues to dance, rock and pop.

My web design business delivered websites for a variety of clients, from portrait artists, musical performers and music venues to businesses, public organisations and schools.
