This wider scope allows me to engage more effectively with a larger carrier base, which improves product movement and end-to-end outcomes for both our customers and my carrier base.- Partnering with management team members and our technology department in order to be one of the first employees of the company to test new technology systems that were being implemented. I was given this opportunity because of my helpful feedback when we previously switched systems. My objective this time was to analyze these new systems to report detailed information regarding issues, suggestions, improvements, and my personal opinion.- Continuing to communicate frequently and effectively with program managers, leaders, team members, and other departments to create a cohesive experience for our customers and carriers. This ensures that products are reaching the locations they are needed in a timely manner while also keeping customers involved in tracking their shipments.-Solving complex problems daily to keep products moving to their destination requires me to work with our internal teams, external customers and carriers, and to come up with effective solutions in time sensitive situations.- As a senior member of my team, I work to lead by example to help create positive employee relations and successful completion of projects, while also using my experience as a leadership tool to help guide those that need assistance.
