CURRENT REESPONSIBILITIESI am the general manager of One North Dearborn, a 106-year-old historic building offering over 900,000 square feet of office space. As the GM, I am responsible for maintaining and preserving the building while also ensuring tenant satisfaction. I lead One North Dearborn's day-to-day operations and oversee major renovations that improve tenant experiences and environmental efficiency. I do all I can to foster a sense of community among tenants through extensive tenant engagement, programming dozens of monthly tenant events, from wellness initiatives to happy hours. Ultimately, I am a dedicated advocate for ownership, devoting my skills to developing strategies that curb operational costs and increase asset value. I also oversee client relationship management for clients such as the Chicago Bar Association Condominium Association.CAREER HIGHLIGHTSIn recent years, I oversaw $46 million dollars in building renovations and tenant fit-out projects at One North Dearborn. These projects helped the building achieve a LEED EBOM Gold rating and earn the WiredScore Platinum certification. Among the impressive renovations is the buildout of an upscale, 11,500-square-foot rooftop tenant lounge, which contains four garden plots and three beehives capable of supporting 240,000 honeybees. These outstanding renovations and overall tenant satisfaction helped One North Dearborn win BOMA’s “The Outstanding Building of the Year” award at the international level in the “Renovated Building” category in 2020. In 2022, I was honored to win a “Gold Circle Award” in the “Property Management Professional of the Year” category from BOMA/Chicago.
