Project Manager of the successful bid for the contract to operate and maintain the Stockhlom Metro and the mobilisation to take over the operation. Contract value SEK35bn.Built and led a team of over 60 staff and consultants to handle the procurement of seven IT systems and other services. Achieved the seamless transfer of 3,000 staff and transfer of operation without any disruption to the service.

Hong Kong

Managed the execution of the deal reached with the Hong Kong Government on the merger of MTRC with KCRC (the suburban rail operator in HK). This included managing over 100 people in 11 different workstreams, Due Diligence investigations, negotiation of contract documents (Concession Agreement, Operating Agreement, Revenue Allocation Agreement etc) with both KCRC and Government, supporting Govt in steering enabling legislation through LegCo, preparing and introducing subsidiary legislation (bylaws) in LegCo and managing the vesting of contracts amongst a wide range of other activities.The two companies had combined gross assets of £16.4bn and the deal has doubled the profits of MTRC.
