Strasweb was a non-profit web agency and association, giving students and young-professionals the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience by providing affordable web design services to other charities and small businesses. As Head of Sales and Services I was responsible for running the web design and development department of the organisation, developing client leads, acting as project manager in web design projects and directly interfacing with customers. I was also responsible for ensuring continued monitoring of the profitability of our activities and for ongoing marketing of our association.

As volunteer Head of Internal Training, I was responsible for organising, planing and running Strasweb's bi-monthly member training sessions. Over my time heading up the training department, Strasweb trained more than 350 people in web development and web technologies.

In this role I worked with the Web Project Managers in all aspects of project management, from project conception, through graphic and technical production and post-production, and be took on a number of projects as PM independtly, including e-commerce and marketing projects with the CMS Magento.
