I am energized by the opportunities to work cross culturally to see communities transformed. Certificated teacher and highly trained coach with a wide variety of experience working in a cross cultural and international missions setting. Passionate about mobilizing and training the next generation of cross cultural workers.I have coached baseball since 1999 and have coaching experience at the youth, high school, college (NAIA,) and international levels. I currently work at the grassroots level of introducing the game in non traditional baseball countries. I helped establish the Kosovo Baseball and Softball Federation, and currently serve the federation as the Development Advisor.In addition to my current work establishing the game in Kosovo, I am also involved in additional development projects in the Balkan region with current focus on Albania and North Macedonia, and I am an assistant coach with the Vienna Metrostars in the 1st division of the Austrian Baseball Bundesliga.
