Continuing my work in IT as I have done most of my life, I am passionate about the work, the people, and what the job overall accomplishes and achieves. I am currently a Sr. Information technologist at the County of Orange.My key achievements include:- Directed the execution of managed IT solutions in various industries, which included the deployment of new servers and workstations, as well as the implementation of cloud infrastructure - Delivered technical support for over 300 business clients involving more than 1200 employees - Steered between eight to 10 Desktop Support Specialists and senior Project Managers to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence- Launched Jones Technical Consulting, delivered on-site and remote technical support for 60 small businesses and numerous residential clients, and merged the business into Team Logic IT in 2007.I hold MCP, A+, Network+, and Kaseya certifications, am presently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems Management, and possess excellent working knowledge of diverse technologies, including cloud solutions, network security, firewalls, domain and server architecture, phone systems, and mobile devicesMy experience in the IT industry spans over 20 years and I have provided exceptional strategic and operational leadership to high performing technical teams.
