About Matt Pearce

With over 20 years of experience in user experience design and research, I have led creative projects across web and apps for various brands and clients, including Vodafone, McLaren, EE, and most recently, Waitrose. As a UX Research Manager at Waitrose, I built and managed a team of researchers and designers, and evangelized the value of research output across the partnership. My mission is to champion the user and their needs, and to facilitate discussion and collaboration throughout organizations using design thinking methodologies. I have expertise in usability, design systems, user interface design, interaction design, branding and identity, accessibility, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns. I also enjoy mentoring and supporting my team members, and helping them achieve their own goals and results.
