Accountable for meeting lead goals and supporting sales goals across Kaseya's portfolio of brands and products.

Lead a team of Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Product Owners to help customers grow their revenue. Supported new & existing customer-relationships in partnership with sales and services teams by scoping & implementing digital marketing solutions unique to the challenges of the franchise and multi-location space.Said differently - build and scale website solutions, search engine optimization, and paid search campaigns to drive more revenue across all locations within a given franchise or multi-location business.

Manage and coach a team of Solutions Architects and Project Managers to oversee the daily operations and workflow of the team while ensuring optimal solutions are being proposed/planned, agreed upon KPIs and SOPs are met, active project plans are up to date, and key stakeholders are communicated with.

Strategically plan and project manage large-scale implementation of SaaS and digital marketing applications used drive network-wide adoption initiatives to increase ROI from online channels for our customers. Create and improve internal processes based on learnings to deploy more scalable and efficient approach to onboarding, project management, and transition to lifecycle management.

-Primary skills include development, implementation, and ongoing support of high converting Web infrastructure, SEO and PPC strategy for brand organizations in franchise, dealer network, and multi-location environments in the U.S. and Canada.-Responsible for leading and improving client relations with corporate contracts, working with challenging accounts and assisting sales with recommendations for client on-boarding strategy.-Internal responsibilities include ongoing mentoring and development of new team members along with supporting management on new team initiatives and role-outs.-Managing a book of approximately 10M annual ad dollars. Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients by serving as their main point of contact with Yodle; providing support for search engine marketing and search engine optimization using up to date best practices to drive measurable leads to their business.
