•Managed multiple departments simultaneously as the Radio Chief, Information Specialist Coordinator (ISC), Embarkation Manager, Armory Manager, Warehouse Manager and Training Coordinator for 125 employees• Developed and improved previous deficient accountability procedures, evidence handling, and prisoner processing and handling in the largest and busiest Regional Detention Facilities (RDF) in Iraq. Increased the prisoner transfer rate to higher level prisons for further confinement from 47%to 67% and resulted in the RDF passing 12 detention inspections with “Superior” grade• Planned, supervised, and evaluated 75+ mission rehearsal exercises for Marines preparing for combat operations• Supervised daily operations of 100+ employees, initiated performance reviews, ensured policy implementation, and maintained regulation compliance • Developed pre-training programs, facilitated communication, and increased technical development in support of 100 employee department • Created communication networks in support of 3 organizations and 12 departments• Coordinated telecommunications, Local Area Networks (LAN), department resources, installed T-1 and data support equipment to facilitate the communication of 60 site users • Maintained scheduling for 500 personnel, initiated partner programs with support agencies, and supervised the installation and development of communication networks• Programed internal network devices, encrypted computers and support assets, and repaired broken links • Scheduled maintenance and organized 50 single and multichannel communication devices, electronic support equipment, and network assets valued in excess of $2M• Ensured 100% compliance with federal regulations, company security and confidential material guidelines• Conducted network troubleshooting, built infrastructure, and established direct links to joint departments during 20+ training programs • Received (2) Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals.
