RepRisk partners with a variety of organizations in order to enhance current ESG products and develop new offerings. Our unique outside-in perspective on ESG data, combined with our combination of AI, machine learning and human analysts, enables the clients of our partners to achieve their ESG objectives.I manage relationships with a variety of organisations including stock exchanges, fund administrators and consultancies, to help them and their clients make the most of our pioneering ESG data.

Over the past 6 months I have transitioned into a more client-focused role, managing the programme of works that Innovation Gateway delivers for some of our Partners.Accounts managed include NatWest, Greene King, Defra and previously Kingfisher.

In this role, my additional responsibilities focus on strategic partnerships and client management.I have been reaching out to and building relations with a variety of accelerators, venture capitalists and industry bodies, to make sure that Innovation Gateway really have their finger on the pulse when it comes to the cutting edge of breakthrough technologies. Client management in this role entails regular communication with key people across the client's team to make sure that we are researching in the areas most relevant and impactful to them, passing on the most exciting innovations as we find them, and to ensure that we are providing them with an invaluable service.

As well as still being responsible for recruiting innovators and organising ever bigger Pitch Events, I have also taken on line-management duties and responsibility for managing Partner and innovator introductions and relationships. My main responsibility was to bring innovators on board with Innovation Gateway and help present their solutions and products to our Partners. To do this, I was tasked with organising the biannual Pitch Event in which over 40 innovators present their ideas to our Partners.I also supported with social media, database work and preparing a variety of material for Partners.

2degress is the World's leading collaboration platform and service for sustainable business with nearly 50,000 members from 177 countries. I was tasked with the researching and analysis of customer and competitor landscape in order to identify potential new business opportunities. I managed and enhanced company social media accounts with over 13k followers, including critically selecting content and scheduling posts in order to maximise engagement levels.I worked across several client teams to help deliver the highest standard of community management in order to promote sustainable business growth through fully linked collaboration. I contributed to company recruitment by advertising positions across various social media and recruitment platforms. I also vetted CVs and interviewed for my replacement.

My responsibilities included writing articles for the 2degrees platform, such as highlighting relevant news and events, as well as summarising webinars. On a monthly basis I produced statistical reports to measure performance against KPIs in the strive for improvement. I also created internal and external communications to draw the attention of members and colleagues to the latest news, events and discussions.

Unipart is a global logistics provider that works with leading organisations, optimising inventory and end to end supply chain processes. Unipart Logistics System (ULS) uses SAP’s integrated Warehouse Management functionality to support a number of clients in a variety of industries. ULS recognises the complexities of warehouse management such as managing stock levels, promoting the most efficient way of moving materials to maximise space, and increase efficiency in warehouse operations whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.As a warehouse operative, it was my responsibility to accurately and safely pick and pack items for some of the UK's leading retailers. To do this, I became a qualified Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) Truck driver and certified in the relevant health and safety.
