I have had the pleasure of working in various positions over my 23 year career with Wells Fargo Bank. For a period of 7 years, I was a Business Sales and Development Consultant Level 3. During this time, I had the opportunity to assist countless small businesses in the Las Vegas Valley to achieve financial growth and overcome challenges, including the great recession and housing crisis. This role allowed me to refine my leadership and coaching skills, which I am proud of.Coaching and mentoring team members has been a rewarding aspect of my career. I have had the privilege of coaching many individuals through leadership roles, and it brings me great satisfaction to see the professional achievements of my former team members.Towards the end of my career in banking, I served as a Senior Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. In these positions, I was able to lead and mentor teams while overseeing the overall performance of my branch.
