Bounteous co-innovates with the world’s most ambitious brands to create transformative digital experiences.Originally founded as HS2 Solutions, the company rebranded in conjunction with the acquisition of Demac Media in 2018, following the acquisitions of Lunametrics and Infield Digital. Bounteous later acquired Archer Group, Forty Four, Lister Digital and Hathway.As Chief Client Officer, I was responsible for building, scaling and integrating the global client service, program delivery, operations, strategy and marketing services practices. I also served as President of the Canadian subsidiary and led the largest office in Toronto.During my tenure, Bounteous enjoyed organic growth every quarter; consistently achieved “world class” net promoter scores for client satisfaction; expanded into Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America; grew headcount >10x while winning best workplace awards every year; and had a successful exit to New Mountain Capital.

ICF Olson (later ICF Next) was the digital services business created through the acquisitions of Olson, CityTech, Ironworks, Ecommerce Accelerator, PulsePoint Group and Trade.As Chief Growth Officer and part of the executive leadership team for ICF Olson, I was responsible for helping these diverse businesses come together as a single integrated offering while developing vertical opportunities across ICF in sectors such as energy, aviation and lottery. I also continued to lead the company’s subsidiary in Canada as President.

Vice President / Investor, MyThum (2004-2011)Vice President, Olson Canada (2011-2013)President, Olson Canada (2013-2014)I joined the original leadership team at mobile technology startup MyThum Interactive in 2004. Over the next several years we turned the company into North America’s first mobile marketing agency, powering innovations such as the first mobile ticketed event and some of the first text-to-screen broadcast solutions.MyThum was acquired by Olson in 2011 and soon after I stepped into the role of President of Olson Canada, unifying all of the various services of the parent company into one integrated offering. As a member of the Olson executive leadership team I helped bring together five acquisitions to become North America’s largest independent digital agency. Olson was acquired by ICF in 2014.
