Recruited, interviewed, selected, and supervised staff to assist with front-line visitor service and recreation fee responsibilities in the park. Delivered daily tours of the Glen Canyon Dam to share area history and site significance with a diverse visitor population. With visitors from around the globe, presentations were to meet challenges such as English language barriers and varying group sizes. Approximately 3-7 tours were conducted daily.Partnered with National Park Service staff and deliver educational tours to K-12 students visiting the site for field trips.
