I am an expert in the following areas: System/Software Test and Quality Assurance, I also have extensive experience in Process, Project, and Program Management. In all cases I have a keen focus on costs, team building, metrics and strict adherence to schedules. I’ve been very involved in the development of project plans, policies, and their implementation, as well as, the creation of and implementation of QA, testing, and integration methodologies/programs, the design of system test plans, specifications, and cases and the execution of these tests for many systems and applications. My experience has generally been focused on entire projects, often with multiple products, and full product life cycles where my interaction has included all phases of a product from conception, through development, test, delivery, and support (full SDLC!). I’ve been responsible for, and have successfully managed, up to 4 departments, 3 managers, and 30 employees simultaneously with a budget of $3+ million. I have 40 years of experience in the role of QA/Test principal, and have serious references that I can provide that reflect this expertise. I also have experience in marketing, sales, customer service, planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, recruiting and staffing, all beyond the technical knowledge required for leadership of an entire project , or of a world class test and quality assurance organization. In all cases I work independently with little outside direction, and have a proven record of successfully developing and leading diverse teams and organizations.
