I use these characteristics to guide me through various challenges.Creative Problem Solving- During a marketing internship this past summer, I implemented several ideas that helped the company excel in their social media campaign. Through critical thinking, communication, and hard work, I led their social media platforms and increased engagement by an average of around 70%.Determination- In high school, I was a member of DECA. Every year I made it to State, but I desired to qualify for Internationals. My senior year of DECA I worked everyday for hours on my project to ensure that it could propel me to Internationals. I ended up placing second at State and qualifying for internationals.Team Building- During my time in Sigma Kappa, I served on the executive board as the Panhellenic Delegate. This position allowed me to experience the importance of team building while working alongside the president and the rest of the board. In this position, I had to relay valuable and important information back to all members of Sigma Kappa through proper communication channels and events.
