During my 4+ years at ITONICS, I was leading the development of the new product line with several agile development teams, and have seen the entire product development life cycle first hand: From inception & discovery, over prototyping, development & launch to iteration, extension & support.I managed the product roadmap & backlogs, and was actively contributing to product vision, strategy & pricing while working closely with development, UX, marketing, sales & management to ensure alignment across the organization. My time at ITONICS provided me with the opportunity to see and contribute to a company maturing – with regard to its product team, offering and processes.Main Achievements:1. Successfully going to market with the new product line, and kicking off & launching the company’s big data product offering.2. Establishing initiatives for data-driven decision-making in product.3. Shifting from a project-based to a product-centric organization, shaping product processes & the growing product team.

As a major automotive supplier, staying up-to-date with current developments & tech is a priority. As part of my master thesis, I implemented a web app for environmental scanning & weak signal detection based on news data, and was able to experience processes in a large & established company.Main Achievements:1. Implementing a web-based software to support the company's innovation management and environmental scanning.2. Automated retrieval, cleaning and processing of large amounts of online data3. Application of machine learning methods and natural language processing

As a very early team member, I was able to experience the development of a startup from the very early stages of working from a Berlin apartment with five people to an organization that outgrew two office spaces. Starting off helping out wherever necessary – working on the company website, writing blog articles & newsletters, doing graphic design work & offering support for customers – I quickly moved towards a product and business intelligence role where I used data to research potential product features.Main Achievements:1. Analysis, processing and presentation of data and company KPIs using SQL, Google Analytics & Microsoft Power BI.2. Creating a concept around functionality for customers to optimize prices of offerings based on past booking data.

As part of my studies in industrial engineering, I was able to gain hands-on experience with production processes in metal construction & production of components and CAD-models.
