Working as Quality and Security specialist I'm part of Quality Assurance, Quality Management and Change Management. I'm responsible for QA review and approval of change requests to GxP critical computer systems and infrastructure components within pharmaceutical industry. Focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standard compliance. Acting as ITQC Service lead I'm also responsible for Configuration Items review reports on various platforms (VMware, Windows, Storage, SAP, Cloud, Unix/Linux/AIX etc.) making sure GxP compliance is fulfilled.

The goal of Configuration Management in DHL IT Services is to capture information about enterprise's hardware, software, licenses, OS's or other updates including interrelations. Cooperation with Asset, Capacity and Change management in order to follow standard ITIL v3 methodology.

Track hardware assets and effort usage. Involved in the global hardware metering & effort tracking projects, coordinate the gap analysis and process improvement. Actively identify areas of improvement and investigate root cause of financial related issues. Support reporting activities in planning, analysis and consolidation for senior management.
