• Design, test, and verify analog and digital circuitry and C-language code for precision industrial measurement systems within ECO-controlled system.• Build and test prototype circuits for design verification.• Design, build, and troubleshoot automated testing systems using multiple programmable controllers and measurement modules interconnected with GPIB (IEEE 488).• Design and build interface between precision sensing system and production PLCs.• Design a programmable length controller which quickly captured 80% of market share.• Create a unique interface language between length controllers and CNC production equipment.• Develop, document, and write electrical and environmental test and calibration procedures.• Record test results and develop test systems that automatically populate test database with test results.• Construct schematics, and create BOMs for analog and digital circuitry.• Design and build electromechanical hardware and write C-language code for National Instruments LabWindows for automated testing and calibration.• Design software and hardware user interfaces for simple, intuitive operation of complex measurements resulting in market-leading products.• Design and prototype rugged and attractive enclosures for industrial measurement products.• Use precision test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, environmental chambers, signal generators, high-precision metrology equipment, and specialized test equipment.• Write and maintain ISO9001 procedures and processes.• Manage CE and other EMC testing, certification, and tracking of all products.
