Serves as a member of the Libraries’ senior management team, contributing to the Libraries’ strategic vision, program development and assessment, and organizational learning and transformation. Administers Planning and Branches, Digital Strategy & Outreach, Special Collections, IT Services, and Collections & Technical Services. Works with unit directors to achieve the Libraries’ goals. Represents the Dean’s office in library-related committees, communicates and works with other university groups on issues of interest to the Libraries.

Provide leadership and day-to-day administration of the Library Systems and Technology Division. Manage support staff including faculty, USPS and students. Provide support for library staff applications and services needs. Apply problem-solving methodology to library processes and work with ITS to develop meaningful long-term solutions. Coordinate with the Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC) and other state universities in helping plan and support the shared library technology in higher education in Florida. Serves as Liaison to the Colleges of Computer Science, Engineering and Construction and the School of Mathematics. Work with library faculty and staff to develop new processes and improve existing operations.
