I am an IT professional that was born and raised in Tennessee. I currently reside in Nashville, TN and am attending Middle Tennessee State University for a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with a focus in Information Technology. I come from a family of refugees from Yugoslavia so hard work and adversity are my middle name. Currently, I am working as Clinical SD Analyst for HCTec, a company based around clinical IT. I am striving to grow within the company and learn by starting from the ground up. My job is to assist end users with computer issues and escalate issues that I am unable to resolve, accordingly.I moved to Nashville in 2020 with the intention of starting a security company. As highlighted within my work experience, I spent the past 3 years learning the ins and outs of security and the various styles of security within different organizations. I chose to move to IT to establish a more concrete position and pursue my passion for computers. Within my studies at MTSU, I have been able to gain knowledge within the field of computers as well as business. I have taken several business communication classes to better my skills and understanding of communication within a professional organization and setting.
