Managed the launch of the eCommerce division of Rastelli Foods Group. Formerly www.RastelliDirect.com and www.RastelliMarket.com, and now known as www.Rastellis.com, we launched in January, 2010 to provide our quality meat and seafood items direct to consumers through an online retail outlet. We started doing $40,000 in our 1st month, perfected frozen food fulfillment over the past 5 years, and now ship over $400,000 per week worth of gourmet foods for many of the top food-tech companies and food e-tailers around the world

Coordinated the re-launch of Sports & More, a family sports center located on 15+ acres in southern New Jersey, the facility hosts AAU basketball and volleyball, competitive cheer, youth gymnastics, fitness classes, summer camps, birthday parties, family fun nights, facility rentals and more.

Created and managed the execution of one of the first "social mission media" businesses, secured $1.5mm in angel investments, developed company manuals and staffing for 8 departments, executed several national co-op marketing campaigns, recruited and serviced over 100 celebrity, 30 corporate, and 40 community service clients. Also co-founded the WARM2Kids Charitable Foundation which established 15 computer learning centers in 5 states, and awarded over 50 scholarships through nationwide "role model" competitions. WARM stands for "We're All Role Models".

Walker Williams Ventures: Created business and strategic marketing plan for a celebrity angel investment group designed to invest in early stage sports, entertainment, and commercial real-estate ventures. The company raised over $5mm in its first year.Court of Dreams: Co-founded and coordinated sales, marketing, product development and distribution of home athletic surface installation products. The company was profitable within 3 months, and sold within 18 months.

Worked in the marketing department, which included corporate sponsorship, market research, product licensing, events, product placement and community relations during an exciting 2-year period that featured league expansion. Created the first online fan survey for NFL.com.
