Customers have to use the carrier's own platforms or use excel or in-house tools to manage this freight.Solution: A set of solutions and new integrations to support palletised and other B2B freight with smart allocation logic to assign orders to the right package type (pallet or carton) and enable price comparison across multiple carriers.Self-serve carrier integrations:Problem: Enterprise customers use a variety of carriers, but integrating carriers with low order volumes takes too long.Solution: A new offering, a webhook and portal, which eliminates the need to integrate smaller carriers.

Yojee is a shipper, carrier and receiver ecosystem for South East Asia and Oceania.I led multiple squads responsible for the customer onboarding experience, route planning experience and the rate card configuration experience.Customer onboarding experience: Problem: The onboarding experience for a carrier is unclear, confusing and cannot be done without help from the customer experience team.Solution: A new configuration page that is MECE and arranged logically, which guides the carrier through the entire process and contains pre-filled default settings, reducing the need for manual configuration.Result: Carriers can onboard and plan their first order within 10 minutes.Tracking experience:Problem: The tracking page lacked important information such as the descriptions of tracking events, the name and signature of the person who received the package, any photos taken, and the ability to review the proof of delivery (POD).Solution: A new tracking page that presents tracking events in a clear and easy-to-understand manner that suits most carriers. It also provides secure access to the recipient's name, signature, photos, and POD. Result: The new tracking page reduced WISMO requests by 30%.
