I worked with the board and holding company Creston plc to navigate the merger of DJM Digital with PAN Advertising leading development of a proposition for the combined agency. DJMPAN focuses on creating multichannel strategies with a particular strength in digital production. Through the merger period we achieved 100% client retention whilst closing £0.5M in new business wins all without a single redundancy.

During the first 12 months at Langland I led our business unit through pitches securing £1.0M in new business for the agency.One of the best performing independent agencies in the UK, Langland won Cannes Lions Health agency of the year in 2014 and 2015, it was then acquired by Publicis.

Symprove is the first probiotic to demonstrate a meaningful clinical effect for people with IBS, IBD, diverticulitis and other related conditions under placebo controlled clinical study conditions.I worked with the owner, first convincing him not to prematurely divest the technology, then together we established a fully functioning, compliant and exciting consumer healthcare business. All on a shoestring budget. Turnover is now into double digit millions achieved almost wholly though the online sales and social media strategy established at launch.In July 2020 Symprove agreed a deal with the private equity house BD Capital to propel the next chapter of growth and expansion into other markets.

The Virgin group of companies first venture into 'hard' healthcare. I was the second hire and involved in all aspects of the commercialisation of this ground-breaking healthcare business, as well as working closely with the Virgin Management brand team and Excalibur fund managers.In 2014 the first VHB stem cell unit was transplanted, saving the life of its recipient.
