- Handling 1 main office (UP3 OI SUMSEL), 4 Branch Office (ULP), 2 Technical Office- Ensure the offices are all connected to PLN intranet network- Build a new LAN Network, WiFi network- IP address and Sharing setting- Wireless Access Point setting - Testing Internet & Intranet connection- Intranet and Internet network monitoring- CCTV troubleshooting- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues- Helping Users with a technical issue- Perform a test on new hardware and software
