Run a full cycle desk while leading and mentoring continued growth/success within the Branch.Manage branch expenses within budget guidelines to support operational objectives and goalsProvide consistent weekly activity and sales forecast reports to the Executive Vice PresidentRegularly review performance goals with associates in support of personal and professional growth Develop a list of targeted new accounts in accordance with sales and marketingMake daily outbound sales calls to maintain and expand Client baseSchedule appointments to deliver formal presentations to communicate the features and benefits of utilizing AppleOne services to meet Clients needsSupport activity and execute corporate marketing promotionsRespond to Client needs and requirementsDevelop and implement account strategies to maximize sales within assigned territoryTravel throughout assigned territory, meeting with current and prospective Clients to maintain and build account relationships, advise of service offerings, obtain feedback on services and identify new opportunities with current and prospective clients.Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by finding new Clients through networking opportunities and researching additional sales opportunities from existing Clients.

Manage day-to-day operations for entire branch such as: Training, hiring, pipeline reviews, and quality control for daily files that are being submitted. Control daily motivational meetings among the branch to continue to create a productive Environment. Consistently expanding business by building current and new relationships between clients and Employees.
