As Development Officer, I initiated, promoted, and implemented the University's first recurring giving program designed to recognize the University's history. Managing the stewardship of over 80 endowment donors and various annual donors throughout the year, I redesigned Reinhardt's reporting process to cater to the needs and interests of the donors. One of my proudest accomplishments during my tenure at the University, I created The Reinhardt Family Annual Scholarship to give faculty and staff the opportunity to see direct results of their annual campaign donations, raising over $13,000 in the first three months of the campaign. I began an on-campus stewardship initiative with current students to create awareness of the necessity of fundraising and encourage a culture of philanthropy through semi-annual events.
