Effectively deliver chargeable development services for both project based and ad-hoc work. Analysis and Design Management -> Responsible for : - Designing the Current and New Systems and Conceptual Applications. - Weekly Analysis of users' Feedback on QAD Enterprise 2007. - Testing and Implementing New Systems.2.) Project Management - Manage IT projects and work towards upgrading the project methodology, writing test plans and thoroughly testing and validation data/outcomes.3.) Documenting / Communicating system changes and maintaining all IT Department policy and procedures compliance as per the company Policy and Procedures.4.) Report Management - responsible for flow-charting, specification for programmers of the report, and development control, writing specifications of what is to be in the final report and improving current reporting methodologies and standards.
