Working at Brand New You (BNY) has allowed me to gain experience across many marketing channels. On a weekly basis I engage directly with customers across multiple industries from CEO's to administrators, write a wide range of content for websites, re-brand designs and carry out analytical reports. I also create social media content for campaigns and new product announcements. I take pride in marketing fast growth companies that are at the forefront of their industries, including Australia’s first electricity retailer to have a target of limiting global warming to 1.5°C and a leading drowsiness detection company. I have also gained experience in creating and managing large scale campaigns that require large employee commitment, resulting in high engagement rates. Perhaps my biggest achievement at BNY is assisting in creating pitches for new business. With the help of my innovative ideas and concise communication, the company has won multiple accounts.

I coach both Waterpolo and Netball, and am in charge of multiple teams in a season, from the Firsts down to the beginner year 7's. In this role I have learnt to manage different personalities by instructing up to 20 teenage girls at any given time. I have developed strong conflict resolution skills with both students and parents, negotiating game times, positions and team dynamics. I am also able to implement my communication skills by clearly and succinctly outlining what must be achieved during the training session. This is outlined in the bespoke training programs I create every week for each team.

Loan Market is Australia’s largest mortgage broking network. By working there, I learnt valuable insights about how to simplify complex financial and technological information into approachable and colloquial language. At my time there, I strongly focused on building Google My Business pages for over 500 brokers, requiring constant and concise communication. I collaborated with an efficient marketing team to create effective campaigns on a deadline and launch new products to over 3,000 brokers.
