With over 4 years at Findhelp Information Services, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and communities through accessible and compassionate service. Beginning as the 211 Ontario Overnight Bilingual Community Resource Navigator, I have grown into the role of Coordinator, where I now lead front-line support for navigators handling complex calls and challenging situations.As part of the 211 service, I facilitate access to the Mobile Toronto Community Crisis Team by reviewing intakes, monitoring communication channels, and dispatching requests to the appropriate anchor agencies. My bilingual fluency in English and French enables me to serve diverse communities effectively.Recently elected as union vice-president, I am proud to advocate for my colleagues while continuing to champion meaningful support for those in need.
