Everyone's home purchase experience is different and every customer is unique. Some buyers are very knowledgeable about homes, while others know very little.My job is to find issues that have a significant, adverse impact on the value of the property, or that pose an unreasonable risk to the home buyer and their loved ones. My goal is to help them get to know their new home, discover its needs, and understand how to care for it moving forward.
