My name is Michael L. Schell, and I am a building technologist, or Residential designer residing in Victoria, BC, Canada. I mostly design Contemporary Modern and Crafts-style residential projects but my firm also specializes in the design of lots of other project types and styles. In fact, I’d help you pick out a new front door or window style if that’s where you needed my help.I am fairly active in the Autodesk, 3D Design, and engineering software community where I have served as a technical advisor for Digital Communications, and new software implementations of Autodesk products for a software business, as well as serving on a company’s support team for architects and designer for implementing communication to all North America designers, Architects, and Engineers.As we start into 2017, my goals are to elevate better design to Contemporary Modern, and Crafts-style residential. I would hope to make a significant contribution to the profession, and exemplify design excellence.My passion is working with companies and people who share a singular passion: My business strives to bring projects to life in urban and rural communities in which I work.
