Having been promoted as of September, 2022; currently my role is Implementation Specialist II. I have been with OnCourse Learning (OCL) since 2018, and part of the Implementation Services team since June 2019. Implementation Services at OCL resolves tier 2 case escalations, processes all contracts, manages projects (internal and external), and effectively communicates between all stakeholders. I currently work remotely for OnCourse Learning and find it very rewarding. OnCourse Learning provides an open culture that promotes advancement, mentorship, as well as professional development. These are areas that hold great importance to me. Working remotely has allowed for finely tuned time management skills, as well as efficient communication. As part of the financial services industry, OCL allows me to understand the growing needs of the workplace from both an insider, and outsider prospective.
