In addition to my standard Systems Engineering duties, I'm also responsible for the creation of internal process and best practice documents to ensure consistency from the team of Systems Engineers. I'm also deeply involved with training new engineers and assisting the team with resolution of technical issues when they arise.

Primarily installing and building Laserfiche solutions for clients.

Manage and configure Laserfiche installations for clients.

Manage a team of support technicians in the VOIP field, as well as take calls and answer tickets. Responsible for creation of tech support processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction as well as the creating of training documentation and our wiki knowledge base.

Worked with my co-host to create a fun and informative weekly AM radio talk show centered around the finer things in geek and nerd culture. Science, video games, movies, pop-culture, nothing was too obscure.

Testing games and apps on mobile platform.

I worked on a contractual basis doing QA and SEO for multiple websites created by Scott Brooks.

Organizing testing and managing a team to bring project Vanguard to completion. Worked with 3rd party developer as well as international team of QA Analysts.
