Rekrei, formerly Project Mosul, is a project that grew out of a conversation between friends. Co-founders Matthew Vincent and Chance Coughenour were discussing destroyed heritage and concluded that crowd-sourcing imagery for photogrammetric reconstruction would provide a solution for preserving the memory of lost cultural heritage. Founded in March, 2015, the project continues to grow and is working towards new tools to empower the public to participate in the recovery of heritage.

FREELANCE RUBY ON RAILS WEB DEVELOPER (2007-PRESENT)I started this freelance venture in 2007 when I left the UK to return to the states. I taught myself Ruby on Rails andbegan working with clients in Chicago and elsewhere. The vast majority of the work has been solo or pairing with adesigner. All projects have been stored with source control like SVN, although all new projects are used with git. My roleextended beyond just development since the freelance nature of the business means I also had to market my business,relate with clients, manage the billing and seeing each project through to completion.
